How do I book a shoot?

Click on "Contact Me" first to set up an email or phone discussion about the type of photo session you want to hire me for. It's an opportunity for both of us to ask questions and talk about the type of photo session that will best fit your ideas, budget, and needs.

Clicking on "Book Me" will get your photo session booked. It is where you will find the latest links and/or instructions on how to initiate the booking process.

I'm all about providing options that best fit your buyer style and comfort before you commit financially by formally booking my services. I feel it works better for both of us using this two-step process. Thank you!

Do you have a retainer fee to secure your bookings?

Yes. To fairly compensate me for committing my up-front time to provide the "Services", turning down other potential projects or clients, I do require a retainer fee. Both parties agree that the "Retainer" will be credited towards the total Fees payable by "Client". My retainer is 40% of the total quoted price due at the time of booking. You will receive a payment link and invoice. You will have 48 hours to make a payment to hold the booking. The "Retainer" is non-refundable per the contract clauses signed by both parties.

NOTE: Circumstances beyond the control of either party that forces cancellation of the booking (Force Majeure clause of contract) are the exceptions, whereby the paid retainer may be used to re-schedule a future booking.

What payment methods are available?

I accept all major credit cards and ACH payment powered by the Stripe payment system for invoices or website purchases. Retainer fees must be paid through Stripe processing methods with the initial invoice.

I also accept convenient credit card tap/swipe and Zelle on a case-by-case policy for balance due payments.

No personal checks or cash accepted.

Do you have a referral program?

Yes, I value word of mouth referrals greatly and will back that up with a 20% refund to contracted paid clients and high-resolution downloads from my gallery store. Validations of referrals required. Details will be included in our photography agreement or email responses from the gallery store. Limit of 2 referral refunds per paid client.
